Teki Teki is a minor ghost in the Gakkou no Kaidan anime series.
Background
Teki Teki is a ghost who owns a pair of scissors that he (supposedly) uses to cut the necks of his victims. There is no known way to make him sleep. However, to avoid his attacks you can drop to the ground and he will fly past. In the first episode, he appears chasing the gang at the Old School Building, after tripping Leo remembers that they could have avoided him by throwing themselves to the ground.
